Brass Lion Butterfly Pea Dry Gin

Tasting Notes

50cl/40% ABV Singapore A balanced combination of Singapore Dry Gin, lavender, and butterfly pea flower. Lavender gives a floral top note to the gin, which is recognized for its relaxing effects. The deep, rich blue colour of the gin is obtained from the Butterfly Pea flower, which is a mainstay in Peranakan cuisine. With the addition of citrus, it reveals its colour changing characteristics, morphing into a gentle lilac tone.
