Distillation Process To create Jack Daniel's Apple, the distillers at Jack Daniel's Distillery follow a meticulous process. They start with their classic Old No. 7 whiskey, which undergoes a unique charcoal softening process known as the Lincoln County process. This process involves filtering the whiskey through sugar maple charcoal, resulting in a soft and refined spirit.
