L'Extrême d'Absente Bitter 10cl

Tasting Notes

10cl/70% ABV France An interesting cocktail bitter with a twist. This truly is an “extreme” absinthe flavour, a super concentrated form of the spirit, with three times as much thujone (supposedly the cause of Absinthe’s mind-bending affects – which have been largely discounted). The bitters work brilliantly as “seasoning” for cocktails, adding a beautiful note of aniseed and bitter wormwood. Fascinating stuff!
