75cl/19.5% ABV Adega de Favaios, Portugal Blend of Rabigato, Malvasia Fina, Viosinho, Moscatel Galego, Gouveio, Códega do Larinho A white port with a very bright golden colour. Very intense and fresh aroma of flowers and fruity notes such as peach, apricot and mandarin. In the mouth, this port wine is sweet and silky soft, balanced and lively due to the characteristic acidity of the grapes Made from a mix of traditional Douro-white grapes that were picked by hand mid-September. The grapes are de-frosted and crushed and undergo a short husk maceration before being pressed. The alcoholic fermentation takes place on a barrel with strict temperature control.
