Teichenne Jacques Senaux Absinthe Red

Tasting Notes

Bottled at a whopping 75% this red Absinthe is strongly flavoured with liquorice and other traditional flavours. To taste it is best reduced down with a little water. The louche action that appears during the addition of water is quick and thick, leaving a beautiful milky pink colour. Absinthe is a beautifully complex spirit with strong flavours of anise supported by herbs like melissa, hyssop, coriander and fennel.
