Made with grapes harvested at perfect ripeness, this sparkling wine with a lush and tenacious mousse forms a firm ivory cordons around a warm straw-yellow in the glass, interwoven with a subtle and compact effervescence. The aromatic verve and fragrance proffer expressive white-fleshed fruit and tropical nuances. The palate opens with invigorating salinity, leading to a pleasurable mouthfeel that is full in the centre and well-outlined on the gentle finish. Excellent as an aperitif, it is an ideal accompaniment to fish dishes but also to traditional Italian cheeses and home-baked bread.
