Zonin Prosecco Cuvee 1821

Tasting Notes

75cl/11% ABV Italy Made with grapes harvested at perfect ripeness, this sparkling wine with a lush and tenacious mousse forms a firm ivory cordons around a warm straw-yellow in the glass, interwoven with a subtle and compact effervescence. The aromatic verve and fragrance proffer expressive white-fleshed fruit and tropical nuances. The palate opens with invigorating salinity, leading to a pleasurable mouthfeel that is full in the centre and well-outlined on the gentle finish.
